The site contains information about alcoholic beverages. You must be 18 years or over (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) to use it. The age gate isn't decorative - we rely on you to answer honestly. Misrepresenting your age to bypass it is a breach of these terms.

We do our best to keep product, pricing and availability information accurate. Trade pricing on this site is indicative; current schedules are issued on request and supersede anything shown here. Errors get corrected; we're not bound to indicative numbers if a quote contradicts them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we don't accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. None of this excludes any rights or remedies you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Mischief Cocktails encourages responsible drinking. Trade customers must hold a current liquor licence and comply with RSA obligations in their state or territory. We won't supply to venues without proof of licence.
When the shop opens, separate Terms of Sale will apply to purchases (covering payment, delivery, returns, refunds and warranties). Until then there's nothing to sell from this site directly to consumers. Shipping and Returns pages will sit alongside Terms of Sale.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is to be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
